Collection: PLIOMA series

The most colorful and energetic of my cycles. Here, geometry gives way to more rounded, bionic forms, drawn from nature. Formats range from 60cm/60cm to 100cm/70cm. Most of the works – apart from two painted on cotton canvas – are made with paints, acrylic markers, and pastels on 5mm thick bookbinding cardboard, which was a deliberate choice to achieve a uniform, smooth surface. The paintings on cardboard (Pliomy I, II, III, and IV) are framed in elegant black aluminum frames, while the canvases (Empty and Full) are in a black American box-type frame.
